RESCHEDULING — happy to move your stay to a new date, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 DAYS in advance.

CANCELLATIONS BY US — in the rare case we need to cancel (severe weather, property issues), you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule, your choice.

NO-SHOWS — a confirmed stay with no notice of cancellation is not refundable.
